My stay was extremely disappointing. The service was one of the worst I've ever encountered, and I was frustrated to have paid for five nights without receiving basic requests. Each time I contacted housekeeping, it took an hour or more, requiring multiple follow-ups. Additionally, I had issues with the shower that were never resolved during my stay.

I had a lovely stay. The gardens were fine, and the pool was refreshing. The staff provided excellent service and were very attentive. My room was well-appointed and comfortable. Breakfast offered a delicious variety of options. 😊

Exceptional staff, exceptional breakfast, the warm and welcoming service from the staff truly enhances the experience, and I particularly enjoyed the beautiful gardens and swimming pool during my stay, which provides a perfect escape right in the heart of the city, just 2.5 km from the station.

Had an amazing group trip with friends! The Andalusian garden and outdoor pool were perfect for relaxation. The staff was super welcoming and attentive, making our stay enjoyable. Definitely recommend indulging in some spa time with their incredible services and tasty macarons.

The only downside was that the massage appointments were fully booked during our stay, limiting our spa experience.

The spacious Superior Room provided a peaceful retreat after exploring the beautiful gardens. The outdoor pool area was fantastic for relaxation. However, prompt service was lacking, especially from housekeeping. For convenience, consider dining at Passion for an exquisite breakfast. Overall, a decent stay with attentive dining staff.

During my stay, I enjoyed the beautiful nearby gardens and the amazing breakfast buffet that made each morning delightful. the staff was incredibly warm and made me feel right at home throughout my time there. if you're a solo traveler like me, you’ll appreciate how conveniently close everything is, with the zoo just over 2 km away and the charming old town not too far beyond that.

A beautiful hotel with splendid gardens and a fantastic pool. unfortunately, the service was lacking, with long waits for meals and some rude staff interactions during check-in. The room was lovely and offered excellent views, making the experience worthwhile overall.

This place was well-suited for a short layover in Rabat with value for money. The outdoor areas are nice for relaxing. Make sure to request coffee capsules early to avoid delays.
